Register on dme.mponline.gov.in using NEET Roll No. and generate a profile. Pay the portal fee (approx ₹1,000) to complete registration.

DME MP releases a state merit list of all registered candidates containing their State Rank.

Choice Filling & Locking
Login to your profile and fill the preferences of Medical/Dental colleges. Save and lock choices before the deadline.

Seat Allotment Result
First round allotment is published online. Download the allotment letter if a seat is allocated.

Document Verification & Admission
Report to the allotted medical college with original documents, submit the bond, and pay the required fees to secure admission.
